Went to Pryor yesterday for a 335D first oil service, price was very reasonable for approved lube and genuine filter, and fast service turnaroud. They're going to be my goto service partner for our BMW's from now on.

I have owned 8 BMW's over many years, have experience of several main dealers and a couple of independents - I am also a keen member of the BMW Car Club GB.
My current E90 has been to Jamie at Pryor's 4 times now for various work i.e. new battery fitted and coded, rear door central locking issue, diagnosis of engine warning light and this week for a service and the cam cover and vac pump oil seals replacing.
On each occasion the work has been completed to a high standard, quickly and to the price quoted. I would thoroughly recommend Jamie and Pryor Automotive.

Took my Mini One in as it was over heating, and straight away it was diagnosed as needing a new radiator. After receiving a quote I took it in for the work to be done and I collected it the same day! Great service, friendly and helpful.

I had the dilema of changing the timing chain on my 2007 320d, after quite a few phone calls I had confidence in the way Jamie dealt with my enquiry. The price i was quoted was very competitive and i was happy that Jamie was using genuine BMW parts. I was convinced i had found the right garage and decided to have the clutch and flywheel changed at the same time. Communication throughout was first class and I picked up my car tonight with no drama.

I needed a straightforward condition based service for 118d. this was done efficiently. the garage was well placed for town and I was able to do a few errands and had a call to say it was ready. great. Made a nice change from BMW dealer where you are paying for over the top premises, receptionists, sales staff, and never see a technician. Jamie was friendly and professional.
